Hi I am Lydia. Since joining Terry’s office, I’ve enjoyed growing my career in the insurance industry. I’m back in Iowa after living southern Missouri for the past ten years. I have a hamster, and my hobbies include reading, writing, watching movies, and dirt biking. Family is the most important thing to me. I enjoy helping people and knowing what matters most to them. I love being on a team that looks out for our people and helping them live their dreams.

Hi my name is Patty! I have been working with State Farm agents since 2006, and been with Terry’s office for almost 4 years.
I have lived in the Des Moines area for my entire life and graduated from Dowling Catholic High School. My husband, Todd and I are blessed with 7 children and 7 amazing grandchildren. In our spare time, we love to travel and spend time with our grandkids who are growing up way too fast. Family is my greatest gift and my true happiness in life.
I have always enjoyed helping people navigate various insurance products and provide great protection for them and their families.

Hello! My name is Becca but I go by any form of Rebecca (Becky, Bex, or Rebecky, just to name a few). I started with Terry Taylor's office in June of 2025 and am so happy to be here! I am an Iowa native, and graduated from Johnston High School. I was a receptionist at a vet clinic 9 years prior to this and still love animals! Outside of work, I enjoy playing PC video games and hanging out with my husband and "fur kids" which include my dog (Asuna) and two cats (Kirito aka "Kitty Toes" & Natsu). I enjoy helping people understand how to manage their risk and deliver the most value possible. I am grateful for this wonderful community we live in!
